Udi's brand bread review

I tried a lot of breads after going gluten free. The first time I saw gluten free bread in an isle of a store I felt relieved. Not knowingly that gluten free bread are rarely like wheat bread. Most that I tried tasted very bland, starchy and when toasted or buttered it always broke like rusk.

Udi's was discovered my husband and I in a nearby store. There were Udi's brand breads and bagels. I bought the whole grain bread. I came home and toasted a slice and without butter. .......

All the things I felt when I took one bite. It was toasted well. when I bit into it it was lightly crunchy from outsides and soft and stringy from in. When I broke it instead of becoming sand in my hand a piece tore away like wheat bread would.

This bread gets **** out of five stars from me.

Ajman city Raw fresh Seafood Buffet The food was delicious and I love the appetizers that come on the side, hummus, Baba Ganoush, Pickled vegetables, arugala and whole tomatoes. Just fresh and healthy start to a delicious meal. I wanted to have fresh seafood and my brother suggested this beautiful small place right across from the beach, in Ajman city. We chose fresh seafood pieces from a buffet style table. The drive there was beautiful and i was amazed by the architecture of this city that reflected the persian style and boats added a mystical charm. I was in third grade, and we were sitiing in peshawer AC flats and were having lunch in our long two doorway dining room. The table cloth was striped yellow, blue and white. My mom served us spinach and like any other kid i started playing with a little left over. I would squeeze it in my hand and drink the broth that would come out. I did not have spinach for 6 years after that incident . Then one day, my mom cooked Palak chicken for a party and i had some with white rice and some plain yougurt. I re-discovered the yummiest vegetable known to me! I cooked today thinking how easy it is nowadays to cook palak. FrozenPackets of vegetables make our lives so easy. I started with half a cup sliced red onion with 2 table spoons of oil in a pan. Then i made 2 tsps of ginger and garlic paste (mush it up) and added to the onion when they turned light brown on medium high heat. Not your regular Potato Cutlets.

Ingredients: 5 cups of boiled potatoes (mashed by fork) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cayenne powder 1 tsp red chili crushed 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp crushed cumin 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup cilantro 4 chopped green chilies 1 cup cubed mozzarella 1 tbsp lime juice Method: -Boil and peel potatoes. -Mash as much as you can -Add all the ingredients and mix them well -Mold the cutlets and add 1 cube of cheese in every mold. -Fry the cutlets on medium high heat to give it a nice brown crust on both sides. Taste before you make cutlets so you can add more spices if you like :) Ask away any questions if you have about this recipe.
