My version of Garam Masala

2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp corriander
1 tsp black peppercorns
1 black cardemom
1 tsp green cardomem
1/2 tsp cinammon
1 tsp cloves

Heat all the whole spices on a pan on medium heat until you start smelling it. Grind everything in a coffee grinder. I have one for just spices. You could increase the amounts mentioned above and store it in an air tight jar.

I was in third grade, and we were sitiing in peshawer AC flats and were having lunch in our long two doorway dining room. The table cloth was striped yellow, blue and white. My mom served us spinach and like any other kid i started playing with a little left over. I would squeeze it in my hand and drink the broth that would come out. Not your regular Potato Cutlets.

Ingredients: 5 cups of boiled potatoes (mashed by fork) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cayenne powder 1 tsp red chili crushed 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp crushed cumin 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/2 cup cilantro 4 chopped green chilies 1 cup cubed mozzarella 1 tbsp lime juice Method: -Boil and peel potatoes. -Mash as much as you can -Add all the ingredients and mix them well -Mold the cutlets and add 1 cube of cheese in every mold. -Fry the cutlets on medium high heat to give it a nice brown crust on both sides.
